EASTBOUND on I-84:
Take I-84 east to Exit 48 (CAPITOL AVENUE). Turn left
onto Capitol Avenue. Proceed to the second light and
turn right onto Washington. Just past the Mobil gas
station on the left, turn left into the driveway and proceed to the parking
garage entrance. Garage is on your left, directly across from the Children's
Hospital.
WESTBOUND on I-84:
Take I-84 west to exit 54 (DOWNTOWN HARTFORD). Cross Founders Bridge and then take left onto Columbus Boulevard. Proceed straight though seven lights for approximately one mile. At the intersection follow straight onto Jefferson Street. At the second light take a left onto Seymour Street. Hartford Hospital will be on the left. Take the next right. Parking will be on the right across from the Children's Hospital.
NORTHBOUND OR SOUTHBOUND on I-91:
Take I-91 North or I-91 South to Exit 29A (CAPITOL AREA). Proceed under three overpasses to the rotary. Follow the H sign 3/4 of the way around the rotary and take a right onto Hudson Street until it ends at a T intersection with Jefferson Street. Turn right onto Jefferson Street. Go one block to the next traffic light and turn left on Seymour Street. Hartford Hospital will be on the left. Take the next right. Parking will be on the right across from the Children's Hospital.

NORTHBOUND OR SOUTHBOUND on I-91:
Take exit 35B (Route 218). Go west on Route 218 (COTTAGE
GROVE ROAD) past Copaco Plaza. Proceed over a set of
railroad tracks. At the next light, (across from Sid
Miller's) take a left onto Northwestern Drive. Go into
rotary. We are building 6, Room 302.
FROM WEST HARTFORD:
Follow North Main Street, northbound. This turns into
Cottage Grove Road. After you pass Cigna, start counting
lights at the intersection of Cottage Grove Road and
Bloomfield Avenue. At third light take a right onto Northwestern Drive.
Go into rotary. We are building 6, Room 302.

I-84E to Route 2:
Take Route 2 to Exit 6 (Griswold Street); at the end
of ramp go right. At the 1st light, take a right onto
Main Street. We are the second brown building on the right, across from
McDonald's.
I-91N or I-91S to Route 3:
Take Route 3 to Exit 25N Glastonbury. 1 - 1½ miles straight take
Main Street Exit (1st exit over the bridge on right),
at the end of the ramp take a left. Take a left at 1st light. We are the
second brown building on the right, across from McDonald's.
